Cyndee Woolley has been named director of corporate communications for Naples-based Professional Building Systems.

Woolley will managing the firm’s marketing and public relations efforts as well as revamp an employee education initiative and corporate benefits program.

“As the construction market shifts, we have made a conscious effort to invest in our employees’ training and development. Cyndee Woolley will be building a program that I see as a critical component of our long-term success,” said Russell Budd, president of Professional Building Systems.

Originally from Naples, Woolley earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of West Florida.

She serves as the president of Public Relations Association of Collier County and sits on the board of directors for the Gulf Coast Chapter of Public Relations Society of America.

Woolley also is working towards her Accredited in Public Relations Certification through PRSA. She is a co-founder of CSIP, a networking group dedicated to the commercial construction sales industry.

Woolley volunteers her time serving as a mentor on the Naples Chamber Navigator Committee and is the 2007 Co-Chair for the Farm City BBQ, an event that supports local 4-H groups.
