Downing-Frye Realty Inc. has added of Patricia Hanes and Ross Valenza as new associates.

Hanes has been involved in real estate sales in the Naples area for 18 years. Prior to joining Downing-Frye Realty, she was involved in sales in Collier’s Reserve and Wyndemere as well as in general real estate.

Valenza has been involved in real estate sales in New York and Florida for 48 years. Prior to joining Downing-Frye Realty, he was involved in commercial and residential real estate sales and worked as an appraiser, developer and residential builder, including service as the tax assessor for the Town of Mamaroneck, New York.
