William Hanzalik will lead the kitchen at the Naples yacht club, which will open early next year

Collier Enterprises (www.collierenterprises.com) has named William “Billy” Hanzalik as executive chef for the Hamilton Harbor Yacht Club (www.HamiltonHarborYachtClub.com).

Hanzalik has more than 10 years of professional cooking and kitchen management experience at various local clubs and restaurants, including the Useppa Island Club, LaPlaya Beach Resort and Bonita Bay Group’s Backwater Jack’s and Rosie Spoonbill’s. Most recently he was the sous chef for The Old Collier Golf Club.

A graduate of Broom Community College in New York, Hanzalik specializes in seafood, French and contemporary American Continental cuisine.

Hamilton Harbor is Collier Enterprises’ new yacht club slated to open in early 2008. It is located just around the bend from Gordon Pass along the edge of the Rookery Bay National Reserve. The club will offer 35 wet slips for boats up to 60 feet, dry storage for boats up to 50 feet , concierge services and waterfront dining.
