Robert Johnston and Jerry Messonnier will head Grubb & Ellis |‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌1^st Commercial LLC, a new Grubb & Ellis affiliate that will serve Southwest Florida clients.

Johnston is a 23-year real estate veteran representing landlords, developers and tenants in the sale and lease of industrial properties.

Messonnier has more than 25 years of experience in financing, acquisition and management of commercial properties.

Both previously worked at CB Richard Ellis.





The new firm’s team also includes industrial associates Derek Bornhorst and Mary Pepin.
