Hillcrest bank names branch operations manager

Stephen P. Grau will supervise the bank’s branch personnel and facilitate bank operations in the new Bonita Springs office Hillcrest Bank Florida has promoted Stephen P. Grau to branch operations manager. He is responsible for supervising the bank’s branch personnel, and facilitating bank operations in the bank’s new branch office in the WCI Design Center at 24201 Walden Center Drive in Bonita Springs. Grau, who joined Hillcrest Bank Florida as sales and service manager in Naples in 2007, has more than seven years of banking experience. Prior to joining Hillcrest Bank Florida, he served as operations/consumer loan officer for Old Florida Bank. Before that, he was office manager/operations manager, customer service officer, head teller and teller for the former First National Bank of Florida, now known as Fifth Third Bank. A resident of Naples, Grau earned an associate’s degree in general studies from Santa Fe Community College in Gainesville. He also completed the Florida Banker’s Association Supervisor’s Academy, the Consumer Lending Course at the Center for Financial Training and Principles of Banking Course at the Center for Financial Training.
