Hillcrest Bank Florida (www.hcbfl.com) has promoted David E. Freeland to first vice president and branch administrator.

He will oversee all branch operations and sales activities for the bank’s two full-service locations in Naples and Bonita Springs as well as the bank’s retirement-center branch locations in Collier and Palm Beach counties.

Freeland has been with Hillcrest Bank Florida since the its inception in August 2006. He has several years of banking industry experience.

Prior to joining Hillcrest Bank Florida, Freeland served as vice president, branch manager for BankUnited in Bonita Springs.
