Naples-based Downing-Frye Realty has hired Daniel Chirinos and Rosemary Nestel as new sales associates.

Originally from La Ceiba, Honduras, Chirinos has been involved in real estate sales in the Naples area for 11 years. Prior to joining Downing-Frye Realty, he was active as a real estate investor. Before that, he was employed as an information technology professional. Chirinos is a graduate of the University of Maryland in College Park, Md., with a bachelor’s degree in computer sciences and information technology.

Chicago-native Nestel has been involved in real estate sales in Naples, Marco Island and Estero for the past year. Prior to joining Downing-Frye Realty, she was involved in marketing with Marriott Vacation Club on Marco Island. Nestel is a graduate of Triton College in River Grove, Ill., with an associate’s degree in applied science. She specializes in residential relocation sales and rentals.
