Development team MDG Downtown Partners has announced the completion of construction on First Street Center, a 33,000 square-foot building at Lee and First streets in downtown Fort Myers.

The structure, which was renovated by Heatherwood Construction Company of Bonita Springs, has both retail and office uses.

The building features 15 units ranging in size from 1,000 to 7,000 square feet for rent or purchase.

Marketing of First Street Center is being handled by Coni Dean of Colonial Square Realty Inc.

Tenants signed to date are T3 Communications Inc. and Donovan Court Reporting.

MDG Capital Corp. is headquartered in Naples.
