Meridian Construction & Development handled the 21,300 square-foot project in east Fort Myers
Meridian Construction & Development is putting the finishing touches on the new FCB Bank building at 11390 Palm Beach Blvd. in east Fort Myers. FCB will occupy the entire first floor, with the second and third floor available for lease.
The interior cabinetry in the main area and teller stations are a combination of dark woods with dark granite tops. The floors are 20-by-20-inch, shaded and textured porcelain tile. The executive offices and conference room are carpeted, have office furniture of medium wood-tones and plush seating. In addition, there is an abundance of glass window-walls so customer activity can be viewed easily from all offices. The building was designed, and plans generated, by Jason P. Tramonte, architect, with JRI Engineering, Inc. as the engineering firm of record. The Meridian Construction Team is headed by Ken Houpt, director of operations; Tim Baker, project manager; and David Slayback, project site superintendent. Meridian is headquartered in Fort Myers. |
