Stevens Construction completed the project

Stevens Construction Inc. (www.stevensconstructioninc.com) has completed the interior build-out of Azul Cosmetic Surgery and Medical Spa in Bonita Springs, a practice of Dr. Patrick Flaharty.

Located in the Walden Coconut Point Plaza on U.S. 41, the practice’s second location features a large reception area, patient consultation room, three exam rooms, makeover room, administrative offices and retail space.

Terry Tjelmeland of Stevens Construction was project manager, J.P. Pencil was superintendent, and Jacki Barnett was project administrator. The facility was designed by Sheeley Architects Inc.

This is the third project that Flaharty has contracted with Stevens Construction. The company also built the Azul Cosmetic Surgery and Medical Spa’s main office and the St. Mark’s Ambulatory Surgical Center, both in Fort Myers.
