GCM Contracting Solutions (www.GCMContracting.com) has completed construction of Summerlin Partners, a 12,700-square-foot Class A office building at 5216 Summerlin Commons Blvd. in Fort Myers.

The building consists of 21 executive offices and meeting space for Lykes Insurance, Inc.

Designed by Alliance Design Group, the building features a pre-cast stone exterior, marble and granite counter tops, maple cabinetry, ceramic tile, high-end light fixtures and hardwood molding throughout. The receptionist’s desk was handcrafted by project manager Jerry Dunn.

Earl Morris Sr. of GCM Contracting Solutions was job superintendent, and Angela Chenaille was project administrator.
