Hammer Construction has begun construction on the Insurance Depot Building.

The single-story office building located at 405 Del Prado Blvd. N. in Cape Coral, and is expected to be complete in December.

This three-unit project is approximately 3,000 square feet. When complete, it will have an “Old Florida Style” flair. The building will feature a metal hipped roof with three cupolas and a wraparound porch. The building will be painted in tropical colors.

Schenkel Shultz Architecture is responsible for the drawings. Phil Butts is the project manager for Hammer Construction.
