The Urban Land Institute (ULI) Southwest Florida District Council will host two meetings titled “Market Trends – Are We There Yet?” on July 28.

The programs will be presented by Michael J. Timmerman, senior manager for the economic consulting firm Fishkind & Associates.

The morning program will be held at The Quarry Clubhouse, 8950 Weatherstone St. in Naples. Registration and breakfast begin at 8 a.m. with the presentation at 8:30 a.m.

The evening program will be held at The Plantation Golf & Country Club, 10500 Dartington Drive in Fort Myers. Networking and registration begin at 3:30 p.m. with the presentation at 4 p.m. Refreshments will be served immediately following the program.
