Professional Building Systems (www.PBScontractors.com) has been awarded the construction contract for Tropical Smoothie's newest location in Ave Maria's town center.

Designed by OMS Architects, the restaurant will feature indoor and outdoor seating and will incorporate the franchise's island theme with bright colors and bamboo accents. This location is the fourth franchise to open in Collier County.

Mario Valle, Ave Maria project executive, estimates that construction will start in May 2008 and will be complete in three months.
