Trifecta Construction Solutions (www.trifecta.com), led by president and owner Jennifer Languell, will expand its company’s green-certification services to the commercial building industry, product manufacturers, the hospitality and lodging industries, and other businesses that are seeking ways to be more environmentally conscious.

Languell has focused on the residential market, ensuring that the dwellings met Florida Green Building Coalition’s certification standards, although she has been involved in commercial projects.

Languell also provides training for marketing professionals and their sales teams. “In order to capitalize, financially, on your company’s commitment to the environment, training is essential,” she says.

Languell is considered an expert in green building, and has appeared on CNN, HGTV, CNBC and in BusinessWeek. In 2006, she was named Green Advocate of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders and also won the Council for Sustainable Florida Leadership Award.
