Jim Thomas, Owner of ADSystems Inc (ADS) held a “Tilt Wall Celebration” to introduce the community to his company’s new home: Panther Center.

The celebration on Nov. 14 featured a catered BBQ lunch and guest speaker B. Pat O’Rourke of Lee County’s Economic Development Office.

ADS, Lamar Outdoor Advertising (LAMAR), McGarvey Development and CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) presented a donation of $5,000 to Mount Hermon Christian School.

Upon completion in January, ADS will occupy 14,000 square feet of the building and LAMAR will occupy another 10,000 square feet.

There is a total of 13,000 square feet of available office space for lease. This space is build to suit. Panther Center will also include a 52,000 square foot dock high distribution facility that has already been permitted; all or part of this building is available for sale or for lease and can be built to suit.

Panther Center is located on Global Parkway within the Southwest International Commerce Park, approximately one mile north of the entrance to the Southwest Florida International Airport, with access from I-75 and Treeline Avenue.
