The 14-building project is near Six Mile Cypress and Colonial Boulevard in Fort Myers

TDM Consulting, Inc. (www.tdmcivilengineering.com) has received
permit approval from the City of Fort Myers for Colonial Gardens, a 14-building condo development.

The 304-unit community will be located near Six Mile Cypress and Colonial Boulevard in Fort Myers.

The site is being developed by Penta Homes, with Gamma Construction as the general contractor.
