Grosse Pointe Development Co. has signed an agreement with SunStream Hotel & Resort Management to manage the Resort at MarinaVillage in Tarpon Point Marina (www.tarponpoint.com) in Cape Coral.

SunStream will be responsible for managing the condo/hotel’s resort-style luxuries such as room service, housekeeping and professional concierge services.

MarinaVillage will be a commercial, residential and retail center within Tarpon Point Marina that will be open to the public.

Pavilions situated along a waterfront promenade will offer boutiques and retail outlets, a day spa and fitness center. Restaurant plans include two casual restaurants with indoor and outdoor dining. Both will feature marina views, a full bar and award-winning cuisine. The resort portion of the project is scheduled to open in November 2009.

SunStream Hotels & Resorts (www.SunStream.com) presently manages the Bellasera Hotel, GreenLinks Golf Resort and Park Shore Resort in Naples, and DiamondHead Beach Resort, GullWing Beach Resort, Pointe Estero Beach Resort and Santa Maria Harbour Resort on Fort Myers Beach.
