Southern Eagle Insurance Company (SEIC) recently celebrated its third anniversary and its first quarter 2008 performance, which exceeded 2007 results. During its third year, Southern Eagle expanded into Alabama, California, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina and South Carolina.
