Sinofresh board members resigns

Bruce Simpson leaves for unspecified reasons Bruce Simpson has resigned as a board member of Sinofresh HealthCare Inc., according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The company stated: “We do not believe that there were any disagreements between Mr. Simpson and the company.” Razek Azizi, president of Califonia-based Beneficial Healthcare, has been appointed to replace Simpson.
