Stevens Construction has started renovating the King's Crown assisted-living facility
Stevens Construction Inc. (www.stevensconstructioninc.com) has started renovating the four-story King’s Crown assisted-living facility at Shell Point Retirement Community. Stevens Construction is remodeling the facility’s existing recreational and common areas and expanding the ground floor to include additional recreational space and administrative offices. Construction of the 24,000-square-foot project is being completed in multiple phases to allow King’s Crown to remain operational during the renovation. Construction is slated for completion in early 2009. Troy Hernly of Stevens Construction Inc. is the project manager. Janet Edwards is the project administrator, and Lenny Macari is the superintendent. Christopher Lee Architects designed the new space. This is the second project at Shell Point for Stevens Construction Inc. The company also is managing the Shell Point mid-rise reconstruction project, which is currently in progress. |
