Leading Land Guy” Ross McIntosh will present his 19^th annual Southwest Florida Residential Snapshot at 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 27 at the Hilton Naples.

His topics will include: Who are the winners and losers? Facts and figures. Golden Triangle or Bermuda Triangle? Fund guys or fungi? And forecasting.

The event is sponsored by the Collier Building Industry Association and Gulfshore Life magazine.

People are asked to bring an unwrapped gift for a child 5 to 12 years old.

The cost is $50 for SMC members, $55 for CBIA and NABOR members, and $65 for nonmembers.
