Experts will discuss commercial real estate investment and other issues

The Real Estate Investment Society (REIS) will present an educational program designed to address commercial real estate investment, development and marketing in the prevailing Southwest Florida market conditions.

The forum, “Techniques for Surviving and Prospering in a Tough Market,” is on June18 at Pelican Preserve Town Center on Colonial Boulevard in Fort Myers. The featured speakers are Michael Timmerman of Fishkind Associates, David Douglas of engineering firm David Douglas Associates, Ned Hale of Hale Law Group and Stan Stouder of CB Richard Ellis.

The half-day workshop begins at 8 a.m. in the Magnolia Room. Admission is $45 for REIS members, $25 for active college students and $75 for all others. Seating is limited and reservations are required by June 12. Reservations may be made online at www.reis-swfl.org.
