The firm is the exclusive representative of the 2,400-acre, master-planned community being developed by The Lutgert Companies

Premier Properties of Southwest Florida Inc. Realtors has been chosen by The Lutgert Companies as the exclusive representative of its high-rises at Bonita Bay.

Premier Properties is staffing the sales and information center at the entrance of the 2,400-acre master-planned community, and will handle new-home sales at the luxury high-rises of Esperia South, which opened in October; Tavira, where construction recently began; and Esperia North, where pre-construction sales are under way.

The homes are offered from $816,000 to nearly $3 million.

Premier Properties, the residential real estate division of The Lutgert Companies, has been the exclusive representative for the Lutgert high-rises on Park Shore Beach and also currently represents the Mercato residences in North Naples.

The Lutgert Companies acquired the high-rise sites at Bonita Bay in 1995, and plans a total of eight luxury high-rises along Estero Bay. The site offers views of the bay, Bonita Beach and the Gulf of Mexico to the west, and Bonita Bay’s golf courses and nature preserves to the east.
