Owen-Ames-Kimball Company is handling the construction work for the Port Charlotte dealership

Owen-Ames-Kimball Company has completed construction of the new Harbor Nissan dealership building and phase one site construction in Port Charlotte.

The 36,000-square-foot project includes a showroom with offices and a vehicle service area with 20 work bays.

The project is being completed in two phases, which allows the dealership to remain open during construction. Phase one comprised the new dealership building and a portion of the parking lot. Phase two will begin soon and include demolition of the old building, which sits just 10 feet from the new structure as well as utilities, parking, landscaping and lighting.

The project team consists of job site superintendent Jason Prokopetz, project manager Frank Mullins and general superintendent Frank Bell.
