SunTrust Bank (wwwsuntrust.com) has promoted Pamela W. Peters to executive vice president and senior credit officer for the Southwest Florida Region, which has offices from Manatee through Collier counties.

Peters will be responsible for credit administration consisting of approval and application of consistent underwriting standards and making sound credit decisions for the region's commercial relationships across all areas and markets within the group.

She has more than 20 years of experience, including credit approval and client servicing within the retail and commercial sides of banking.
