Taylor-Pansing Inc. has been awarded a contract for design build services

Taylor-Pansing Inc. has been awarded a contract by Westbury Park Developments LLC for design build services for a warehouse and distribution center to be located at 3843 Ironbridge Blvd. in the Westbury Industrial Park.

The 84-acre, master-planned commercial development is off Veronica S. Shoemaker Boulevard in Fort Myers.

The project includes design and construction of a 35,000 square-foot building and all associated site work.

The building will feature 21 receiving and loading docks, a three-tiered racking system and 5,000-square feet of administrative offices.

Jeff Shinkman of Taylor-Pansing, Inc. is the project manager. Quattrone & Associates is providing engineering services, and architectural design services are provided by Sheeley Architects.

Construction is scheduled to start this month, with completion slated for the first quarter of 2009.
