Michael Frye, Kaleigh Grover (left) and Michael Riley have been elected to Bank of Florida - Southwest's board of directors.
Bank of Florida - Southwest has announced the election and appointment of Michael Frye, Kaleigh Grover and Michael Riley to its board of directors.
Frye is the owner of Re/Max Realty Group in Fort Myers, and has been in the Southwest Florida real estate market for nearly 25 years. He has won numerous national and local awards for leadership, sales, service and outstanding performance. Frye is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and licensed real estate broker.
Grover is the associate publisher of Naples Illustrated, a Palm Beach Media Group publication, and is responsible for sales and advertising. She has been in the advertising and publishing industry in Southwest Florida for eight years and previously served as the national sales manager for The Naples Grande Resort in Naples. Grover serves on a number of local boards including the Collier County Education Foundation, Collier Building Industry Association (CBIA) and the Sales and Marketing Council with CBIA.
Riley is the chief strategy officer for the NCH Healthcare System. He previously served as CEO of the Bonita Community Healthcare Center. He has been in the healthcare and consulting business for more than 20 years and has served on various community boards. Currently, he is on the board of directors of the Bonita Spring Chamber of Commerce. Prior to starting a career in healthcare, Riley was a banker with Sun Bank in Naples and Mellon Bank in Pittsburgh.

Hole, retired founding partner of Hole Montes, Inc.; LaVonne Johnson, retired former planner and project director for Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; Danny Morgan, CEO of Bank of Florida – Southwest; Craig D. Sherman, president of Bank of Florida – Southwest; Craig D. Timmins of Investment Properties Corporation of Naples; Bernard L. Turner, retired chairman and co-founder of the board of the Florida Coastal School of Law; and Martin M. Wasmer of Wasmer, Schroeder and Company.
