Saturn of Cape Coral is building a one-stop-shopping sort of dealership at 200 NE Pine Island Road.

Customers can buy a new or used Saturn car, have repairs done or get a car wash. It’s the first new design and one of the first to be built in the United States.

“The dealership has temporary office space onsite and a selection of new and used cars while we build the permanent facility,” said Russ Ringland, president of Ringland Construction Inc. (www.ringlandconstruction.com), the general contractor for the dealership. “This type of a building is how Saturn will build future sites because it offers their customers added convenience.”

The Cape Coral location will have 21,000 square feet of space, including five bays for service work and the ability to add five additional bays in the future. There is also a car wash onsite, which will feature a recycle system that reduces the amount of water used.

The project is scheduled for completion this spring.
