Sarasota-based Sunovia Energy Technologies has hired Donna M. Webb as chief operating officer.

Webb will manage and monitor all company activities and operations, and will be responsible for improving and streamlining office systems to ensure overall efficiency.

She has more than 20 years of diverse experience and has managed multi-million dollar operations in Ohio, Georgia and Florida.
