The One Hundred Central Condominium Association community manager Forest Balderson has been named the National Recruiter of the Year by the Community Associations Institute (CAI).

The award recognizes the individual who recruited the greatest number of new CAI members.

Balderson has more than 10 years of experience as a professional realtor and as a state licensed community association manager.

The Community Associations Institute (CAI) is a national organization “dedicated to fostering vibrant, competent, harmonious community associations.”
