Brooks & Freund has been awarded a contract to build the Terraza Retail Center at 3685 Kramer Drive in Naples.

Construction of the 18-unit, two-story 18,000 square-foot building is expected to begin this month and be completed in December 2008.

Craig Streetzel of Brooks & Freund is the project manager and Barbara Copeland is the project administrator. The project developer is Pine Ridge LLC and architectural design services are being provided by RWA Consulting Inc.
