Boran Craig Barber Engel Construction Co. Inc. has completed construction on One Bal Harbour, a 27-story, oceanfront hotel resort and Guerlain Spa operated by Regent Hotels, one of only eight Regent Hotels in the world.

The curved building totals more than 1 million gross square feet encompassing 124 hotel suites and 185 condominium homes.

Expansive glass walls and terraces offer panoramic views of the shoreline and Atlantic Ocean.

Common recreation areas include serpentine swimming pools, a restaurant, lobbies and elevators with private entry foyers.

The Regent Bal Harbour opened for guests last week.
