The National Association of Industrial Office Properties Southwest Florida chapter will host a Nov. 5 luncheon, where members and guests can learn how big deals are sealed by the corporate real estate department of Siemens AG.

Guest speaker Catherine M. Davidson, a Siemens general manager, will provide the insider’s view.

The event runs from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Embassy Suites, 10450 Corkscrew Road in Estero.

The cost is $30 for members and $55 for nonmembers.
