Gora McGahey Associates in Architecture designed the 90,000 square-foot addtion

Gora McGahey Associates in Architecture (www.gora-mcgahey.com) has designed Phase VI of the Miromar Outlet Mall in Estero.

The 90,000 square foot addition, which will house Last Call by Nieman Marcus, is currently under construction and is slated for completion during the first quarter of 2008.

The new retail space mirrors the Mediterranean design already in place at the outlet mall, and features fountain courtyards and covered walkways.

Last Call by Nieman Marcus will occupy 28,000 square feet of the additional space.

Upon completion of the addition, the Miromar Outlet Mall will have roughly 630,000 square feet of retail space and 160 shops.

Dan McGahey was the principal-in-charge for the Miromar project, and Terry Gilchrist was the project manager. CC Turner, general contractor of Fort Myers is the construction manager.
