Altus Group Income Fund to buy assets of Integra Realty Resources

Integra Realty Resources (www.irr.com), which has an office in Sarasota, has entered into a nonbinding letter of intent to have certain assets acquired by Altus Group Income Fund (www.altusgroupincomefund.com) for the purposes of merging the two companies.

Integra is an independent property valuation and counseling firm with more than 800 employees in 55 offices across the country.

Altus provides independent real estate consulting and professional advisory services worldwide at 31 offices in 23 cities throughout Canada and six offices in the United Kingdom.
