The 27,000 square-foot building houses a neurosurgical and rehab group

Southwest Florida Neurosurgical and Rehab & Pain Management Associates have moved into its new Cape Coral center.

The building features more than 27,000 square feet of space. The group’s neurosurgeons will be housed on the first floor, with pain management and therapy services occupying the second floor.

Approximately 2,500-square-feet of medical office space and 5,500-square-feet of high-end Class A office space remain for lease on the third floor.

The three-story building, designed by Sheeley Architects Inc., is topped by a distinctive copper-metal roof. “The unique roof was selected to reflect the high-quality of our group’s medical practice,” said neurosurgeon Don Moyer, M.D.

The building has been constructed so sturdily it can double as a hurricane shelter for up to 200 people.
