The event features two industry experts in an overview of Lee County’s real estate market and economy, complete with facts and figures for 2007 and a forecast for 2008.

The program is on Feb. 26 at the Harborside Event Center in the River District in downtown Fort Myers.

The evening event will begin with networking at 5:30 p.m. and will be followed by a dinner and presentation from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

Denny Grimes, president of Denny Grimes & Company will analyze the residential market trends of 2007 and make predictions for 2008.

General open seating tickets for The News-Press Market Watch are $65 per person. Premium seating tables of 10 seats are available for $695 and reserved tables of eight seats are available for $600. A portion of every ticket sold will be donated to the Newspapers-in-Education (NIE) program.
