J. L. Wallace Inc. has been awarded a contract to build the Fort Myers project J. L. Wallace Inc. (www.jlwallaceinc.com) has been awarded a contract to build two 13,000-square-foot buildings for Sportboats Marine Inc., a marine retailer located at 11250 Summerlin Square Drive in Fort Myers.

Sportboats Marine will use one building for boat displays and sales and the other for service. A canvas shop will also be included in the service building.

Ken Kensinger of J.L. Wallace will serve as the project manager, and Fran Ferri will serve as project manager assistant. Construction is expected to start in early 2008 with completion in September 2008.
