Architecture Inc. (www.ArchInc.com) has been named as the architect of record for two projects on behalf of Cleveland Clinic Florida -- the Meridian Building and the renovation of the fourth floor of its main clinic, both in Weston.

The firm is responsible for the interior refurbishment, space transition and project administration for 40,000 square feet in the Meridian Building, and a complete remodel of over 14,000 square feet in the primary clinic building.

The Meridian Building is located off the main campus. When complete, the refurbished location will house business and administrative staff.

The fourth floor renovation of the main building will allow for an additional clinic- treatment area dedicated to internal medicine. Additionally, the renovation will be designed to meet a U.S. Green Building Council Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Silver designation, the first project of this type for Cleveland Clinic Florida.
