The National Association of Industrial Office Properties (NAIOP) Southwest Florida chapter has launched its first commercial real estate group geared toward
members 35 years old and under.

Developing Leaders is dedicated to promoting the careers of new up-and-coming commercial real estate professionals.

Developing Leaders are provided with the kind of tools, networking opportunities and resources needed to gain a competitive edge in today's challenging real estate market. Members also may participate in nationally recognized Young Professional Forums designed for NAIOP Developing Leaders.
"Developing Leaders allows younger commercial real estate professionals access to a variety of career-enhancing meetings and a group of peers with whom they can exchange and share ideas," said Tim McEachern, a member of the Young Professionals III Forum of NAIOP.

Currently, all NAIOP members age 35 and under qualify to participate
in the Developing Leaders.
