Lenar sell 8,300 home sites

The purchase price was not disclosed.

The home sites are in Pasco, Brevard, Sarasota, Polk, DeSoto, Lee and Hills-borough counties. One property is Stoneybrook North, with 1,275 homesites on 741 acres in Lee County.
