Brooks & Freund has completed construction of the new commercial building for JSW Westgate properties at 5490 Lee St. in Lehigh Acres, as well as the renovation of the commercial building located at 8^th Street SW in Lehigh Acres.

The new 33,725 square-foot building consists of 21 units and will be used for a warehouse and office space.

The renovation is a 15,000 square-foot building, which consists of 10 units and will be used for retail and office space.

Craig Streetzel of Brooks & Freund was the project manager, Willy Copeland was the Superintendent and Barbara Copeland was the Project Administrator.

The developer is JSW Westgate Properties LLP, and Jason P. Tramonte Architects Inc. provided Architectural Design services.
