North Venice-based PGT(R) Industries (www.pgtinc.com) and ASI Limited (www.asilimited.com) of Indianapolis have launched a joint venture to provided unitized curtain wall services to the commercial building industry.

The effort will allow exterior facade contractors to deal with one organization that will market, design, engineer and manufacture the products. PGT(R) makes impact-resistant windows and doors.

ASI Limited develops and manufactures curtain wall facades.
