Stevens Construction Inc. (www.stevensconstructioninc.com) has started the interior build-out of Azul Cosmetic Surgery and Medical Spa in Bonita Springs, a practice of Dr. Patrick Flaharty.

Located in the Walden Coconut Point Plaza on U.S. 41, the facility features exam rooms, medical spa treatment rooms with the latest technology and equipment, a seminar room, administrative offices and retail space.

Stevens Construction previously built the Azul Spa and St. Mark’s Surgical Center in Fort Myers, making this the third project Flaharty has contracted with the company.

Terry Tjelmeland of Stevens Construction is the project manager, J.P. Pencil is the superintendent, and Jacki Barnett is the project administrator. Sheeley Architects Inc. designed the project.

Construction is scheduled for completion in December.
