Local realtors, brokers, affiliates and special guests will attend the Bonita Springs-Estero Association Of Realtors (BEAR) 42^nd Annual Installation Banquet and Habitat For Humanity Auction on Dec. 1.

The banquet, which will be held the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa, recognizes the achievements of current and outgoing members of the association’s board of directors and installs new officers and directors who have been elected by the membership.

The event also recognizes Realtor Of The Year, Affiliate Of The Year, Platinum Bear and the Pat Lord Memorial Award winners for 2007.
