Brooks & Freund has reached mid-point on the construction of Gulf Breeze Village on Myrtle Street in Punta Gorda.

The 49 apartment buildings and clubhouse have been designed to reflect a Key West motif.

Dennis Hirsch of Brooks & Freund is the project manager, Jim Nichols is the superintendent and Sherri Muske is the project administrator. The developer is Norstar Development USA LLC. Kadushin Associates is providing architectural services.

The project is expected to be completed in October.
