A Guerlain Spa Boutique (www.guerlain.com) will become part of the Proscenium’s Waldorf=Astoria Sarasota hotel.

Founded in France in 1828, Guerlain has devoted itself to skincare and beauty. Its founder, Pierre-Francois-Pascal-Guerlain, was a renowned chemist who used rare and natural raw materials to create beauty potions.

The spa will measure 12,000 square feet, with almost 7,400 square feet devoted to the treatment rooms and roughly 3,000 square feet for a fitness center, with the remaining space reserved primarily for a salon area.

The Proscenium is a planed mixed-use project located within two Sarasota city blocks.
