The project was constructed by J.L. Wallace

J.L. Wallace Inc. (www.jlwallaceinc.com) has completed construction of a guardhouse at the River Strand Golf and Country Club in Heritage Harbour at 170 River Strand Blvd. in Bradenton.

The 743-square-foot guardhouse is constructed with concrete block and roof tile over pre-engineered roof trusses. The building’s exterior is stucco with cultural stone veneers, and the interior features ceramic tile floors.

David Grossman of J.L. Wallace was the project manager, and Jim Ruby was superintendent. Fawley Bryant Architects Inc. designed the building.
