Dennis Gilkey, CEO of Gilkey Organization, recently gave a presentation titled “Sustainable Development” at a meeting of Pinnacle Worldwide, an international network of independently owned public relations firms at the Naples Grande Beach Resort.

During his presentation, Gilkey, who is also a member of the Century Commission for a Sustainable Florida, spoke about the commission’s work, Florida growth trends and examples of sustainable development.

Results of a recent Pinnacle Worldwide global survey of corporations on sustainability indicated that half of the businesses polled lack a sustainability strategy.
